JPC Line Lock Not Working

I installed the JPC Line lock kit on my 14 GT today. I followed their instructions exactly but, after getting everything hooked up and installed nothing is working. I checked power at the switch and it seems to be working properly.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm trying to get it working but, I honestly don't know what to check next.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you hear the solenoid activate when you arm it? Is anything happening or is it completely dead?

No, it does not click.

I have it connected to the red/grey wire that comes from the backside of the console cig lighter. I just checked to see if the fuse link (came in the kit) has power but it does not. Well that is, until I flip the switch.

I honestly don't know much about wiring but, I feel like this is backwards.
