First of all JPC would like to thank everyone that came to race the Turbo Shoot out!! We had a great time and got to meet a bunch of guys from this site.

Thanks to Alan, Kenny, Dasan, and Rev Auto for helping organize such a bad ass little shoot out.

So once again we had a few issues leading up to bowling green but hey what else is new. We can touch on that more a little later. Either way we made it and over came all out little hiccups and manged to win the shoot out, and run a new personal best for the car.

Enough typing for now everyone wants to see pictures and video i would imagine.

This was going to be a 1/8 mile hit, Justin ended up getting out of the throttle at 4.5 into the run because the over boost went off. So we coasted to a 5.08. Justin Ended up hit the gas alittle on the back making sure the car wasnt damaged thats why the MPH is weird.

That really was our only qualifying pass, We had a issue where the car shut off Friday and Saturday night we were not comfortable taking the car down, since alot of cars were getting loose up top.

so on to sunday

1st full on pass was a 7.84 We ended up racing Al Davis 1st round and got past him. Sorry to send al home so early.

2nd round

We ran Salgburn and ran a NEW PB of 7.87 @ 181

From there we were confident in the car and i knew we could get a bit more aggressive with it. We were bring the boost in a bit harder and leaving with more RPM, really looking to run a .71 or .72 next round we endded up spinning about 100 foot out just caught it quick and peddled it to a 8.0 against the EPIC Boss, and sent lance home packing LOL its all in fun tho.

in the finals we faced Alan who made it all the way there with a stock engine, so congrats to him. On that pass we blew a T apart for the waste gate and ran a 8.20

All in all we had a great time and cant wait to do it again

Here are a few videos.

Haven't met Justin in person yet, but shoot a wave his way any time I see the car driving in the pits. Great character and sportsmanship in that group.
