2 owner, Whipple, 43k miles. Dealership is selling. I drove it, nasty car. Very clean, previous owner was meticulous and wants to stay in touch with new owner.

Make the dealer an offer. Only one photo posted here, but it looks nice. Most important, you got to drive it and look it over good in person.
I seen and drove it, beautiful and is a monster. Previous owner traded for a GT500 and wants to keep in contact with new owner

Soon as I pay it and the Truck off, year or two. I doubt I'll get 34,000. I'd be lucky to get 30 at that point being so old. Even though it's tastefully modded and damn near pefect with low miles.
With that mileage I'd say $30k and pray the transmission holds if its the Getrag. Although the market is stupid right now and somebody will probably pay what they're asking.
I'm going with this..not over 30K with the mileage.
Keep looking, I KNOW you can find better for cheaper and less miles. 
Yeah if a car isn't priced basically where I'm willing to pay I usually don't even give that dealer the thought of existence. Too many clowny town dealers out there that play games I don't have time for.
I saw a 2014 for 19,900 at a local dealer, I was going to wait 2 weeks and then go down and look at it...it was gone in 4 days. Not many of those for sale right now so they go quick.
That said, can't you get a new supercharged 5.0 from that one dealer for $42k?
