I know I'm opening an old thread, but wanted to get my opinion out there. As a recent ferrari owner and having several friends in the foreign car game I would not trust the first year of the clutch systems on this car. Dual clutches are great, but they're very expensive to replace and tend not to get a lot of miles. Especially when adding a lot of mods. No one really goes in and does thousands of add ons and bolt ons on these foreign cars and still have short life spans on the dual clutch. As a long time owner of a mustangs most of us guys cannot and are not happy with leaving our Mustangs alone. So I will wait a couple years to let the prices come down and see just how well all this new technology holds up to mods. Plus one has to decide is it worth the extra 25 to 30k for the base model over the loaded trinity. We also cannot forget the C8. I believe it's going to truly put a hurting on the entire car market for new cars coming as well as older cars. It's cheaper, no markups, and with the LS it will be more modable. IMHO..At the end of the day there will always be newer, faster, better cars. Using the GT350 used car market as an example it's obvious we won't have to wait to long to get the 500 at a discount, just hope it doesn't hurt the value of the trinity to much...
