I own a shop and would see no real issue with replacing head gasket, it is just a bigger 4.6, pull the engine and trans out bottom. We do repairs like this all the time. My personal 00R we have changed the engine in and out a few times. Between stock and modified engine.

It's been just over 2 years since the original post.
One sold for $153,000 I believe this is the highest.
How long till we have a $200,000 Cobra R?

They are collectable, only 300 made and not all of those will be still around. I would expect the prices to be pretty staggering today for a low mile unmolested example.

Well the 93R is well within $200K territory as evidenced by the last sale on BaT. That will bring the other two up as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 00R sell for $200K in the near future. Not that far off now for a wrapper car. I can't believe the $100K + plus sales didn't happen much sooner. This car has been undervalued for quite a while. Not the case anymore as everyone is looking for one now.
