Have noticed that multiple sites are now performing a are you a real person auto verification when you get on them.

Saw an article maybe last year about the unreal number of AI bots crawling the web and cataloging everything despite the sites being coded for them not to or have only a certain number at a time and we end up with this bs

Wow, it just went HORRIBLE. Really, really slow page refreshes, black screens, and this pop-up. Posting this screen grab took almost a full minute to post. Ridiculous! SOMETHING really needs to be done. I'm done for the day. Peace out! I don't have the time to stare at pages trying to refresh.

There has to be a solution for this. I'm on lots of sites every day and never have any issues. ONLY SVTPerformance. Until it's fixed, I'm concerned that SVTP is losing site visitations because of it. I know my own visitation time has been radically reduced. Time is valuable. I just can't afford to wait lengthy times waiting for pages to load or grinding to a full stop with "This Page Isn't Working" alerts. It would help if the Admins would at least address this to we, the Members. Nobody is saying anything except Brad, and he's limited to what he knows or what's being done.

IT costs, so I'm sure it's a balance between cost/time/revenue.

Bro... Step away from the computer. It's not THAT big of a deal. If your time is THAT valuable.. that an extra 35 seconds.. or hell.. logging off and re doing it 2 minutes later.. is THAT big of a deal.. then stepppppp awayyyyyy

Sure it sucks. But I'm also sure Travis is doing everything he can while having a full time career, a family, etc.

This place is still awesome. It's a place I can be open about my bullshit I've gone through/go through.

It's a place where we can be open.

If the site occasionally crashes. It is what it is.. It'll work a little later and its fine. Travis has no neccesity to address " we the members" you're acting like he's a politician.

He runs a place.. finances a place.. that " we the members" can BE US.. for FREE.
