Is heat an issue with a 2.93 pulley?

Would you all recommend putting in a Heat Exchanger with just a 2.93 L pulley and tune?

Would heat be an issue to warrant the HE?

If you are going to road race then yes. I wouldn't worry about it if you intend to use it as a daily driver.
