I just completed my solid axle swap and this IRS is taking up too much room in the garage,so its time for it to go. The IRS is out of a 2003 Cobra, never broken a halfshaft (or other rear end part for that matter), and it has stock 3.55 gears. It is complete with the exception of rotors and calipers, that I kept for the swap. It does include the stock Bilstein shocks, springs, mounting brackets, ABS sensors. Also already bolted on is the Billetflow Red IRS brace that is included. The IRS has 20,000 miles on it. I am located 45 minutes west of Chicago and would be willing to drive a few hours to meet the buyer.

I'm not really looking to ship this becuase its so damn big, but if a buyer would like to arrange truck freight, I could find a pallet to put it on, and I have access to a loading dock.

I am asking $900, this does not include truck freight, but I would be glad to drive a few hours from Chicago.

Anyone interested, please PM me or email [email protected].

Thanks,
Jason

willing to seperate just the BF brace?

Trying to keep it all together as a package right now, I dont have the original hardware from before the brace so I'd rather not mess with it right now, but I will keep that in min dif I dont sell it all together.

On the swap do the cobra shocks work or do you need to get gt/mach1 shocks.? Did your stock DD work on swap? I will be doing the same in April.

You might want to think about posting this for sale at http://www.ffcobra.com/

Those kit cars are designed to work with the drivetrain parts from 87+ Mustangs, so you will probably find someone that would like your "Beefed Up" IRS rather quickly.

Thanks for the heads up, I didnt know those kind of forums existed

You have to get shocks for a GT, the Cobra shocks are IRS specific
