If you aren't familiar with S2 Underground they are a civilian intel group and they provide actionable intelligence on international and national subjects. Many of their members are former military with intel community ties. While I am generally skeptical of anyone from the 'intelligence' community, these guys provide good information and have earned my trust over the past couple of years.
