Intake manifolds.

Are there any aftermarket intake manifolds that was made for the CSVT? Also what cams are you guys using? The SVT cams? Other?

No aftermarket manfilds.
I've been out of CSVT for a while, but I believe most stick with the SVT sticks, some liked the 3.0L cams for more low end grunt.
