Now back on a PC, so I can type up a few more thoughts. The '11GT rotor was a physically larger rotor than the cobra 13" rotor. It measured 13.2 x 1.2" compared to the 13.0 x 1.1" of the cobra rotor. Not a huge increase, but the rotor did feel a bit chunkier. May not be a bad thing when combined with the Brembo caliper. The fit on the pads was spot on. Hard to get a sense of depth of the above photo, but the pad stopped and there was a tiny sliver of rotor that would remain uncontacted. On the ID, the pad stopped well within the rotor swept face as well. I'd say the pad contacted 99% of the available surface. Tight, but perfect. I know I said I was going to return the rotor, but i'll hang onto it for now. I have some time. I need to laser cut up a spacer and do a final test fit just to see what it takes to mount these perfectly. Whether or not i'll run this is a different story. My estimated spacer size would be a 0.175" spacer. That's 4.5mm of added offset to account for in wheel selection. With my fox, every mm counts. I did machine the calipers 0.075", so really, i'd be using a .100" (2.5mm) spacer under the rotor. My '98 Cobra wheels do clear these calipers, but if I went an aftermarket wheel, I might need another spacer on top of that.
