Bringing this thread back up because I have some questions about the XTS setup that may be able to help some people considering it. The questions are a little redundant but I think its good to get as much info out there as possible. Have you been able to complete this mod and get the caliper centered over the rotor? Do you have the inside barrel measurement of you 18in. Saleens? How close exactly is the caliper to the barrel? How is your pad overhang and do you have any pictures? What wheels are you running and how do they clear the barrel? Have you been able to do any really hard stops yet and how does it feel? How is your pad overhang and do you have any pictures? To go along with all of this and not directed it at anyone above but has anyone checked the bias calculation with this 14in. setup? I assume the 43mm rear caliper is needed even more so in this situation. By my math the weight difference between the ATS setup and the XTS setup is roughly 8 lbs per side with 6 of those lbs coming from the rotor. This brings the total weight gain to 16 lbs of un-sprung weight to the front end with the XTS setup when compared to the ATS setup (29.9 vs 37.9). The stock cobra setup weighs in at roughly 27.5 lbs by comparison. That's a pretty big penalty to pay and I am not sure how the increased braking performance and resistance to fade pans out in the end.
