I'll put the details in my thread I started in the Sn95 forum. Lets keep this one focused on ATS stuff

So reading through this it looks like the standard 94-04 GT line to caliper banjo bolt works for the ATS calipers. Is that correct?

It looks like 2016-2019 CTS-V Calipers have the same mounting positions as the regular CTS. If thats so then thats a cheaper alternative (even though still pricey.. $500 per caliper) for a 6 piston BBK. Hopefully soon a cheap used V caliper will pop up on eBay so we can experiment. Those calipers are massive so maybe some 18s can fit but you'd probably need 19s to be safe.

There was already a thread on those 6 piston brakes. You had to modify the spindle originally and had to use tubular LCA’s. Mooch29 or I think that’s his name on here runs the older 6 piston CTS-V setup. It was just their sheer dimensions that caused issue.

And one side done. I took a "harder" route, but am happy with the result.

Just need to finish the other side, and then refinish the calipers

Have you been able to make this work? What year is the car you are trying to put them on

Can someone post up some dimensions of the calipers? Particularly the distances from the center of the caliper to the outside face and the distance from the center of the hub to the top of the caliper? I cannot for the life of me find even the specs of the calipers themselves other then the piston diameter on the net.

    42mm x4

Roughly 7 3/4 from center of hub to outer edge of Caliper. This is with my inserts that drop the Caliper down 3mm. This dimension hard to measure so it’s a ballpark. With a 17x8 98 cobra wheel I had maybe 1mm of clearance to the barrel of the rim (see attached pic)

2.85” from center split line of Caliper to outer edge

2.3” from rotor face to outside face of Caliper (this is your spoke clearance dimension

@Mustang5L5 Thank you for that. I have been searching for those dimensions for a while now. I think you know I already had the piston diameter though based off the concerns I have had with brake bias.

I searched too. They (dimensions) don’t exist...at least publically. I actually just ended up buying a pair blindly and then mocked some things up.

Doesn't look like enough clearance for wheel weights to run a 17" rim. 18" the minimum?

Does anyone have an idea of what wheels fit and do not fit? In addition to 03 cobra wheels I know from mustang5l5's thread that 98 Cobra R's work, Bullitts and 99 cobra wheels wont clear without a spacer.

Getting a list together would be nice.

Looking at installing speed bleeders on the ATS calipers. Any recommendations?

I put the xts on my car and had to use the Cadillac banjo bolts, they are the same size but different thread
