My friend's 87 notchback is making around 500 (engine) hp. He is currently running about 6-8psi from a paxton 30 lb/hr injectors. Due to the paxton FMU not being of sufficient size to run with the Aeromotive fuel system, and the Super FMU taking a dump, we have determined that the injectors are too small. He is upgrading to 42.5 lb/hr but has come across two options: Bosch Pintle cap style, and Lucas Disc Style. Both seem to work well for Mustangs, but we don't really know the pros/cons of each type, pintle vs. disc. If anyone can enlighten us, it would be appreciated.
