I've received two tickets in the past 3 years; the first being a Careless Driving in 09/05 and the second Failure To Obey Traffic Signal (Blocking intersection) 01/07.

But recently, I switched insurance carriers and when my new insurance company pulled my driving record from the state, 4 tickets showed up;

09/05 Careless Driving
02/06 Driving with Fictitious Plates
04/06 Failure To Obey Traffic Signal (Blocking intersection)
01/07 Failure To Obey Traffic Signal (Blocking intersection)

My question is how do I get the two bogus tickets removed from my record since they're obviously a mistake.

Thanks

You need to find out where these tickets were issued, first of all. Then you need to get in contact with these departments and work it out with them. If you can prove "It wasn't me", their court will (read- should) notify the state (MVC). Then you should follow it up by contacting a regional MVC office and finding out what to do next, to have it permanently removed from your driver history (abstract). Good luck..
