Really depends on what you do with the car. If its a weekend cruiser, no real racing Id go Michelins. If you race her, pick a tire for up front and some Mickey Thompson ET Street S/Ss for the rear. I assume you have the performance pack? You should be able to run a 305/35R20 just fine. Fitted rim for that size recs a 10" min, but the 9.5" isnt going to make a difference. If you drive this car in cool to cold temps, youll want to stay away from Max Performance summer tires. They arent designed for cool/cold weather and the rubber can crack. My 2011 GT500 with Performance pack has all seasons on it currently. Was my daily for a year or so. Had Sumitomo A/S up front and BF Goodrich Comp 2 A/S in the rear. No issues with the front tires. Rear tires had decent grip when newer, but as it wore it lost some. No where near as bad as the factory Spinyears. I just bought some Bridgestone A/S to replace the worn Sumi's. Rears Ill go with some Mickey S/S'. Im assuming you're current set of tires is the factory set? If so, congrats on surviving the curse of the Spinyears. What a god awful tire...
