Give Rick@Amazon Tuning Solutions a call. They arent in St. Louis but do email tuning(just as good as a dyno) and he is an excellent tuner with awesome customer service that cant be beat. Prices are real cheap also!

Looking for tuner if someone has one. If not think might just go buy a sct livewire .
And if anyone has some pointers on mods let me know.
Just bough it. Have 2.90 pulley came with it but will it over spin the stock blower?

so you need a programmer? 2.9 is a stock pulley. For mods do the basic intake/exhauast and then put a 4lb or 6lb lower pulley on with a custom tune by Rick. He will get you some safe/reliable power and make your truck feel like another animal. FYI, for the price of a programmer Rick has programmers with lifetime tunes for the price of the programmer from other sites. Basically you buy a programmer from him and you get free tunes for as long as you own your truck.

I have a livewire and it's not all that it's cracke up to be. i really don't use the other functions, which are not that reliable. Just stick to a Diablo or Xcal 3 tuner. Either call rick and get a tuner and lifetime tunes or get a used tuner that's unlocked, call rick, he'll make a tune to your mods, email it to you and you upload it to the tuner, then tuner to truck. I would still put it on a dyno to make sure the AF ratio looks good or buy a wideband.

+1, 2.9 is stock. Atleast get a 6lb lower and buy the handheld and tune. Then the next mod should be a valve body from punisher.
