If I add an axle back exhaust, do I need to get my tune adjusted?

I still think one of the best sounding exhausts is a Fox body with flowmasters.

2v 4.6 with an h-pipe and Flowmaster 40s is right up there too. Im curious what some 40s would sound like on a 13-14.

btw... I'll have a used Stainless Works 13-14 catback for sale next year. Might be another option for you to take a look at and save some money.

Hell, I got on the Borla Stinger bandwagon early and paid $520 for them.

Ford Racing axle-back for the Shelby was $1100? $1200 about 5 years ago.
I remember buying my KR Borla axle back for my 08 GT500 in 2012 for about $550. Wish parts were still that cheap.

The 13/14 Shelby Borla Super Snake axle back as always been 1,300 since they were available.

'04 Cobra 3" Bassani catback for like $699.00 back in the day. :ROFLMAO: And that was considered insanely expensive. But it was hands down the best catback

I well remember the much lower prices back in 2002-2004. It was also fairly common for people to swap out for a new catback for a different sound. Today, doing that would be really expensive, so you have to be more sure what you're buying is really what you want and will keep.

I dont understand how we used to be able to buy an entire catback for well under $1000 and now two mufflers with a few inches of pipe and some tips are $1000 or more with some close to $2000! Even the Magnaflow muffler deletes are $950 LOL.

The SVE axleback seems like a steal at $540.

Besides that little bit of rasp or maybe its a rattling baffle, it sounded okay to me.

Im sure having the mufflers at the end of the car opposed to the middle on SN95 cars makes a difference too.
I agree that it wasn't terrible but it didn't sound like "a Mustang with flowmasters"

Had a weird tinny sound to it. I'm not 100% happy with the way the GT500 mufflers are either but that the Coyotes fault
