Looking to source out some new injectors to support 900-1000rwhp on my new setup. I am coming from FRPP 80s and 93 pump gas. Looking to run e85 and 93 this summer. My setup is below:

04 Cobra
Stock motor
Forward Facing Turbo Kit
7675 Billet Wheel Ball Bearing Turbo
T56
Return Fuel system (dual 465s, -8 feed, -6 return, aeromotive rails + regulator)

Are ID1000s enough to get close to 1000rwhp on E85? Anyone done this?

You'll need 1300's unless you bump the base pressure up and then it'll put more strain on the pumps.

So your going to make 900-1000hp on a stock motor and t56?

I've been looking for your same question Sully. I want to make 900-1000 on my coyote swap and I have been told that 1000s just won't cut it with E85 and that power level.

I just picked up some 1300s locally...damn these things are pricey!!

I would put the 1000cc done at around 800-850rwhp on e85 at a 39psi base pressure, thats where I maxed mine. To make 1000rwhp on e85 with dual 465's you will want to keep base pressure low. So I would go bigger, at least 1300cc. 1600cc and 2200cc work as well.

Yep. Unopened longblock. For how long, who knows. But there are a number who have done it. Will be running a 93 tune as well.

it can be done with 1000's but as stated the base pressure will need to be turned up. its not worth the risk unless you are going to run an external pump setup that withstand the increased pressure.
1300's are your best bet.

Wish there wasnt such a price gap between the 1300s and the 1000s....

ya that does suck how much the game changes with the price differential.....but still cheaper and worth the piece of mind to know you're motor isn't going to grenade from lack of fuel

Look into the Deatschwerks 1200's. Much cheaper than the ID 1300's and will have very very very similar tuning characteristics. I got some DW 95's and have had zero issues with tuning on 93 octane. altho I haven't done a whole lot just idle and partial driveability but it's been cake so far.

Altho keep in mind turbo cars are easier on fuel systems. So what injectors blower guys need for 1000whp might not be quite as much as what you'll need. I do think you'll need more than 1000's though.

The nice thing about the 1300's is that they are stainless. That is a really nice feature when on corn.

They all are all bosch injectors ID and DW use them and just flow match sets and make the spacers and adaptors.

Fuel injector clinic 1650's are worth considering as they will give you room to grow and they have stainless internals.

The ID1300's are not bosh injectors that are flow matched. They are a custom designed in conjunction with Bosch but Bosch does not make the same injector in it's own line.
