Well you’re probably right. The car is at paint for the next couple of weeks but I think I need to do two things, measure voltage, then physically see/feel output. It should be a whirlpool in that tank but for some reason it’s not. Impeller could be spinning on the shaft inside the pump.

It's probably a pump issue. I saw 130 on Sunday, but that was after being on side streets for a while. Once I hit the freeway it dropped under 120. That was at 85ish degrees outside. I'll see 140-145 on a 2-4 run depending on outside temps, but it usually recovers pretty quick.

Do you have cams? That will jack up your charge temp during idle and cruise.
