1965 mustang proto-type. produced by ford motor company for the james bond "007" goldfinger movie, although not completed in time for filming. this car has many unique factory features throughout. the exterior sports gold metal flake paint with matching styled wheels, a "spinner" fuel cap and a front valance incorporating two aircraft landing lights. the interior features trim designed to compliment the "goldfinger" theme, as well as a proto-type overhead console which houses an 8000 rpm tach, gauges and toggle switches. the drivetrain consists of a shelby 289 high performance engine, automatic transmission, disc brakes and hd suspension. professional restoration was completed in 1989 and displayed in a museum until recently being raffled off in a promotional campaign. this truly is one of the rarest of all mustangs.

Sweet! You gotta love those old redline tires. My dad had a brand new '66 Chevelle 396 with redliners.
