To make things simple I bought a new 2018 Mustang gt 4 months ago. Wife wasn’t happy but I got it anyways. Her thing was it didn’t fit 3 kids , blah blah. I strictly bought the car just for me . Yes it was a bit selfish but since I sold my 04 cobra in 2011 i was dieing to get back in one. The kiddo thing I didn’t care about since we have a 04 4Runner , 03 corolla and a 13 Jeep 4 door wrangler. So I felt the family was secure as far as ease of getting in and out. So basically I got a car that just drives me to work or if we get a baby sitter the wife and I can go out. So now after a few months have set in the wife’s I told you so , I kinda feel she was right. So I have a few options on the table. 1: simply do nothing and enjoy when I can 2: trade mustang in and get a 392 charger 3: trade mustang in and trade our 13 wrangler in for a new 18 or 19 super duty 4x4 diesel xlt or lariat I’m already paying about 1 k between both vehicles so that’s why I was contemplating spending 60 to 70k on the f250 not 100 percent what the payment would come out to? I got a really good deal on the mustang but I’m sure I’ll loose money and I’ll make some on the Jeep so it may be a wash. Either way I think I’m in a buyers remorse stage due to my situation at 37 years old. So what do you guys think? If I do the trade I can always get another mustang once the kiddos are older driving themselves around.
