I think the Mach E needs the nose redesigned.

Although I think they look better in person, I'm really not a fan of the nose on the vehicle. I do like the rear design, but honestly think the nose needs to be redesigned. The models with the fake grill do look better to me, but this needs a two year run max before a front end refresh, IMO. The Cadillac lyriq looks way better to me.

It is a marketing stunt, nothing more. Ford knew that without the Mustang nameplate that car was going nowhere and would be ignored.

Not a marketing stunt at all. It's good nameplate marketing from Ford's perspective. Personally, I loathe the Mach-E. I loathe it even more with the Mustang nameplate assigned.
