I blew mine up pretty good and just want to get it running without having to spend awhole lot. Looking for a 5.4. Dont care if its old new or whatever. Just need it in working order.

1300 on karkraft

I have one, has 20k on it. It is complete with timing chains etc, all you need to do is fit an oil pick up put on the timing chain covers, oil pan cover and cam covers.

Not sure on how much its worth.

Looked at Karkraft site. Cant see any for 1300??/ Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?
