That’s what we do in physical therapy, and at home. We use 10 pound weights to have it flatten. I also use a ball behind my knee and I try to pushing my knee back towards the ball using my quad and such.
Ok had to check...we save that for the 'avoid manipulation at all costs' folks. I feel for ya, that one sucks brother. Keep it up and you'll be good!

So we discussed the MUA. He said he felt I was making good enough progress that I’d be okay to go without it. A person with my injuries (completely torn ACL, tore both meniscus’s in half) should see about 120 degrees of bending for recovery. I’m at 123 currently. My biggest hurdle is walking correctly without a bit of a “peg leg” per se. I’m learning to walk again slowly but surely. I didn’t mentioned this before but I’m seeing a spine specialist in 2 days to discuss my back injury as well. When I fell and I was rolling I damaged my back too, but didn’t think to much of it until a month or so later.

It's been a while @LS WUT. What's the latest?

Hey buddy! Sorry for my lack of updates. So my bending degrees is supposed to be 120 degrees for my injury. However I’m at 125 without assistance, and 130 with. So I’m doing better than I should be. So I’ll take that win. However the flattening aspect is really becoming a struggle for me. I’ve been working on that with not to much luck. The scar tissue is real. It’s preventing me from a lot of it. It still hurts from time to time. Mostly because I stand a lot for work, and walk about 5 miles a day.

So as for any other news I did have back issues I never brought up due to it not being my main concern. However I finally have definitive answers that I can speak to versus hearsay. L3/L4 are no bueno, I have a bulging disc pushing into my nerve. Degenerative disc disease, and arthritis in the lower discs. I can either have surgery or I can get a nerve blocker. I’m going to go with nerve blocker first before I jump back into surgery. That would be another 12 weeks recovery and also unpaid. So I can’t take another hit like that.

Thank you all for everything.
