OK.
I've removed the Airbox to replace the AC evaporator that I snapped off..dohh..
The AC was never blowing out of the center vents.
By looking this up, it appears to be a main (black) vac line problem from the bay.

I'm redoing the entire firewall with sound deadener, instead of the rat's wool mat that is in it now.
I'd like to not visit this dash removal thing ever again..

I'd like to get some kind of consensus on what else to do while I have it all out.
The cost does total up fast, but the car is going on 20 years now.

1. Replace Evap core...must do

2. Replace heater core?
3. Replace blower motor and sensor?
4. Replace vacuum lines with 3-4 mm silicone lines?
5. Replace vac check valve?
6. Replace some/all flap actuators?

Heater core if its old... that's it... I dunno the dash wasn't too hard for me. Drop the steering wheel, pull the cluster, radio, hvac... remove glovebox, center console and pass airbag. Like 10 bolts and it lifts right out.
