[QUOTE="EvilTwins, post: 6338289, member: 62345"] Just to add to the discussion here: The oil seals were shot in my turbos as well with approx 5k miles on the kit. I just got them rebuilt by a local guy I know that deals with turbos (mostly marine diesels) and I'm in the process now of trying to figure out what size restrictors to use. After speaking with Nathan at HP I was told to go with 0.090" per turbo or 0.200" if feeding both turbos with the same restrictor. All the research I do says that a restrictor around of the size of 0.050-0.065" (per turbo) would be best suited so I don't know what to think. My car didn't have any restrictors but did have individual drain lines. I was really surprised to see that y2k2gt uses only one 0.065" restrictor for both turbos, that isn't insufficient??? I don't like the idea of my turbos burning oil again because it didn't take very long for it to get very severe. It also sucks that I have to get my turbine housings re-coated again by Jet-Hot because when my turbos were rebuilt they hot-tanked the turbine housings and it took the coating right off....
