HP Design Wheels - Can't find much on these ones

Found 4 wheels with tires posted in my city at a very good deal. Lady selling them seems to know nothing about them. I searched on here and googled them but am having a hard time finding a lot on them, really. They're 18" 5x114.3, not sure if staggered.

Saw one post on this site from about 7 years ago of someone that sold a set similar to these. Then a listing online of a similar set being on a New Edge years ago, but all the pics have been taken down. A pic of the ones I'm looking at is below. I was actually looking for a spare to sit in the garage, then came across these and for $100 for spares I figure why not get them, if they'll fit? Don't know offset.

@brigs - They are HP Racing HPR-5 wheels.

Thank you. Looks like they're a 38 offset...I'm running a SRA and am currently on the staggered 18" FR500's. I don't know enough to know if these will work as a direct throw on? I'm still waiting for more info. from the seller.
