Got some pics up. It's not really a how to thread it's more like a how I did it thread.

Feel free to chime in anyone. I changed out everything from gas tank to the radiator the only thing that's 98 is the interior and the body. I did the whole swap.

First step after collecting terminator parts what I did was remove all the interior, dash, seats and all the wiring dash and body harnesses. Remove old engine from the bottom with transmission everything that's in the engine bay was taken out, all the wiring, steering column, hydro boost and power steering lines and rack. Since everything in the engine bay is out it's a good idea to paint it, you don't have to but I did.

This is a good find:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bmSV2EZLavcGfLIvXO6YNjfoG-vHhhfANqyQig8D4Y0/mobilebasic?pli=1

BUT! There is a couple things that we're not said. One thing I notice is the hydro boost from the 98 cobra is different than an 03 cobra so I bought the whole brake/ hydro boost assembly. Also you have to get a die grinder and hog out the lower end of the hole in the fire wall (where the brake pedal goes thru). The terminator brake assembly is lower about .5 inch the holes for the bolts don't line up even if you try to force it ( I tried ). Another thing is the line that goes from the hydro boost to the power steering cooler is a little different you need an adapter.

Also when you go to wire up the 98 dash with the 03 dash harness you'll notice that the fuse box is a little bigger and you ether have to modify the 98 bracket on the dash or you could just zip tie like I did. Also the 03 cobra dash harness has the door lock/alarm box under the dash instead of in the trunk like the 98. What I did was zip tie it around the fuse box (much easier to work on with the dash out of the car it was a pain in the rear to work on inside the car).

Last thing is you'll need the door harnesses too. The plugs are different from the 98 to the 03cobra. I have not bought the harnesses yet so I'm not sure on what else could be needed.

I have some pics on my phone I'll upload them ASAP

There is some differences between the 96, 97 and 98 Cobras so the swap is slightly different for each years.

I know on my 96 the ABS is different than 97-04 so I am having to delete the ABS for now. Mine is still in the process so I can report back for other issues. I am swapping all the wiring over as well so we shall see how it ends up.
