How to remove plate mount?

Ive searched and cant find directions on how to remove the plate mount off the front bumper...?

There is no easy way to remove it. If yours is like mine, the dealer or place where it had been put on, they used 1-2in aluminum pins that were a pain to get out. I took a drill bit and drilled them out 1 at a time until the cover simply fell off. Just take your time and be care full, no sense in making the holes any bigger than they need to be!
