Ford has been putting them in off center since the first fox body. I can eye it up much better them what Ford does my 03 Cobra was out 3/16. It doesn't have to be down to the mm it's not that important.

I adjusted mine on my four post lift. It makes no difference where the car is adjusted, just measure when the wheels are on the ground.
