If you were close to me I would solder up the connections for anyone wanting it done. Solder skills have to be pretty good to get it right.

I just ended up replacing the stereo in my Escape Hybrid entirely with a cheap Pioneer kit. After trying out the $30 PAC adapter and another Chinese interface that didn't work, then trying to splice into the CD changer's analog input to no avail, I just gave up. I'd be willing to sell my head unit if anyone wants it, it still works just fine but there's an RCA connection hanging out of it that doesn't do anything. Might be worth checking on eBay for a stock Audiophile/Mach head unit as well.
