Im in alabama considering buying a average mileage 2013-2014 mustang GT with a manual trans. Is KBB value accurate or how much should I expect to pay?

Prices are in an inflation spike right now.
Pre covid they were everywhere in the teens and NICE blower cars for under 25k.
Right now you'd be lucky to find a nice stocker under 20k
I'd wait it out until the fall and all the scrubs spend their stimmy checks and realize they can't afford it or repo season comes.

You guys really think prices will go down after tax returns and stimmys are burned through? Im happy to wait. I dont really have a feel for the mustang market
