Who knows. A guy in MI I guess is getting something like 295hp, with a SC i believe at the crank, no quaife so far so good. Also a guy in CA has the 3.0 and 280 at the crank 240 at the wheels and I beleive he does have the quiafe. I beleive the mtx75 are a hit and miss tranny on good ones
that 295hp is at the wheels 
he hasn't had any probs w/ the tranny either.
the vortech comes on so smooth though, there isn't much shock loading.
btw, an LSD on a Contour will really help in corners, but not so much in a straight line, when Mark (295whp) lights 'em up, both tires spin equally. I think he may get the torsen limited slip whenever it starts shipping, though.
