How do my plugs look?

This is the first time I'm changing plugs since I've modded the truck, and I don't know how to read plugs. Truck has a 4 lb lower with an email tune. About 15,000 miles on the plugs. Driver's side on the right.

+1, not bad at all for 15k miles. None of them are burnt nor have the tips turned white. How long did it take you to change them???

Well the truck is down for the winter and sleeping in the garage, so I was able to take my good ole time. Took me the whole day on and off. Cleaned the intake manifold area some too.

i just did mine and they look almost exactly the same + i had about 35k on them. they were the iradiums.
