How do I know if my PMAS HPX is acting NUTZ?

I'm looking for some checks and balances to ensure that the MAF sensor is doing it's job correctly. I've had some repeatabilitiy issues with my fueling, and I've heard bad feedback about the PMAS HPX, and have been told that I should be using BA5000.
