Hey guys. I have a MRT H pipe with cats with a borla stinger axle back.
I have horrible drone on the highway but I love the way the car sounds.
Will changing the H pipe to an X pipe fix this??

I have a X-pipe and stingers, A lot of drone on the highway, I guess were going to have to dyno-mat. That's my plan because I cant hear my wife or kids talking to me when on the highway.

Just got off the phone with Borla. They are sending me what is called a venturi. The guy said to slip them inbetween the H pipe and muffler. Supposedly no performance loss. 10.99 each. I'll let you guys know how it goes once I get them.

I had an off road X pipe with Dronemaster...err, I mean Flowmasters, inserted some resonators where the cats would normally go, fixed the drone.

Ok. I finally got the venturis in. I would say they decreased the drone by 40-50 percent at lower speeds. Between 70-80 mph I would say it's about 10 percent less drone. I'm still thinking X-pipe.
