Houston Area Ford dealer?

Anybody around Houston work in the service dept at a Ford dealership?

I'm calling around and every dealer I've spoken with wants $108 to install a Procal.
I can justify if it took an hour, but it's only a 20 min job and they are still saying it costs $100-108.

Anybody else run into this?

No, per the warranty instruction FRPP it has to be installed by an authorized Ford dealer
