The makers had the benefit of adding more "star power" over time. Possibly as they all appeared on the show.
Yeah, I noticed in the group scenes the images were spliced together. It made me wonder if all those actresses would have still agreed to do that video if they would've known all those other stars were going to be in it. At any rate, I still figured it was pretty impressive they got all those women to do it even if it was at different times.
