I put my 03 in for an alignment and they ended up having it for over 3 weeks and I always had to call them to see what the status was and delay. However once they learned that this was my 3rd cobra from them they changed there tune and gave me updates every other day. We did some negoitating on a paint flaw on my hood and I ended up with the chrome rims at no costs installed and I kept my old rims. They have called several times to check on the vehicle and I can now say I am completely satisfied. The dealership is a very busy one and I just kept falling through the cracks.
