Hop still there with 315 GS-D3's - new shocks needed?

Just fitted 10.5 rims with 315/35/17 GS-D3's and the hop isn't as bad but is still there on very wet roads.

I'm fitting MM IRS bushings and Kenny Brown pumpkin bushings over Thanksgiving to see if that helps.

Seems new shocks sometimes work and sometimes don't.
Which shocks are best?

I only get minimal hop if I get any and it has gotten less frequent since installing my GS-D3's. I have stock shocks and MM IRS bushings.
