This scares me I'm on the edge of changing my injectors out to go e85 but I don't need anymore problems

I think as long as you take all the precautions when installing everything for an E-85 swap like mentioned above (keeping the fuel system properly sealed). I think you will be fine. I think this was a freak accident or a bad gas station.

I've seen a lot of good arguments on this subject but I still plan on swapping my car over in the future.

got my new triple pump return hat and walbro's..............they have weather pack connections so no worry about the cheezy connections on my old hat/pump setup.
