FAQ

We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding finishes and fitment. I will update this OP with the must frequent questions and answers as we receive them:

Q. Does my Pre-Order Guarantee me a set?
A. Yes! All Pre-Orders ship in the order in which they are received. As of the date of the initial pre-order thread, all sets ship within 2-3 weeks.

Q. What sizes are available?
A. Velgen offers 19x9 +35 / 19x10.5 +45 in stock and ready to ship for the Mustang.

Q. Do these Wheels require spacers? Is the fitment in the pictures the "actual" fit of the wheels without modifications?
A. The wheels are direct bolt on and do not require spacers. This Photoshoot shows direct bolt on with no modifications to the wheels.

Q. Do these clear the factory Brembo Brakes?
A. Yes, the wheels will clear the factory Brembo brakes without any issues.

Q. Are there other finishes available?
A. The wheels are available in Matte Silver and NEW Matte Gunmetal (Old Matte Gunmetal shown) as standard finishes. We also offer custom finishes at an additional charge and these will take 5-7 business days to complete. We can produce these wheels in most single stage powder coated finishes. Chrome is currently not available.

Q. Do SVT Members receive special pricing?
A. Yes! Contact me directly for our SVT Member pricing.

Q. Does the NEW Matte Gunmetal have a "Blue Tint"?
A. No, the old Matte Gunmetal with Blue Graphite base has been replaced by the NEW Matte Gunmetal with Gray base.

This is the NEW Velgen Matte Gunmetal Finish. This Matte Gunmetal replaces the old Matte Gunmetal which had a blue/graphite base.

also...a report on the weight of these would be nice to see.

I love my Forgestars...but the VMB5's are the wheel I really wanted but at teh time they were not available in 19's.

PM Sent! Yes, we can do any single stage powder coat for an additional cost.

We are still awaiting on the "official" wheel weights but the estimate from the factory is 26lbs for the front and 27lbs for the rear.

Those are 20".

All pictures in this thread show 20" sizing. The fitment is the same between 19" and 20".
