Hesitation/Lean spike at 1500 RPM

Hi everyone. I have a 13 GT automatic with a Procharger setup, and I love it except for one little issue. In any gear, at light throttle, at approximately 1200-1400 RPM (does it at every slow takeoff and like when cruising slow in a parking lot, etc.), the car hesitates a little bit and the Air/Fuel Ratio on my gauge spikes to the 15.0-15.6 range, then when I pass that range, it drops back down to where it should be and it drives like normal. I've never seen this before, and was wondering if anyone has experienced this or knew what might be wrong in my tune. Thanks in advance for any help I can get!!!
