Help with fitment

I'm looking at 19x9.5 and 19x10 wheels.

Autoanything has two different backspacing available on the 19x10.5: 7.02 and 7.52, both have 45mm offset. How would one fit as opposed to the other?

Is 45mm offset ok for a 10.5" wheel?


The 9.5 is a 6.75 backspace with a 38mm offset. Will these two together be fairly flush with the fenders?
