That's just chrome trim laid over the OE grille assembly. Possibly chrome-accent door trim that comes in bulk....

Wrong. The upper is an oem Harley grill.

The lower is as stated

That's DEFINITELY not a Harley Grill, it's Door Trim on a stock Lightning Grill.
