On the way home from work yesterday, I was behind this truck that was apparantly leaking paint from it's bed. When I got home, I noticed white specks of paint all over my hood, windshield, front bumper & grill and on my side mirrors. I was able to get the paint off the hood and windsheild with some cleaner wax and some elbow grease, but I couldn't get it off the black plastic bumper, grill and side mirrors. Is there anything I can do to get this off with out harming the textered plastic?
BTW, it's a 2011 Ford Ranger that I just bought last weekend. :cuss:

YOu can use a clay bar andI would do that immediately before the paint cures.

YOu could also use Prep Sol

If you didnt get it corrected, As stated above, get an aggressive clay bar if a regular fine bar doesnt cut it. If not you may need to do some paint correction with a polish.

use lacquer thinner or paint remover mixed with wax and rub over and use a plastic razor blade or fingernail to try to pick paint off if its big dots. can you take a photo for better suggestions?
