I am in the early stages of the Eaton swap in my 2001 Cobra, and happen to be getting my front bumper painted right now, so I thought it might be a good time to figure out what needs to be modified on the bumper support in order to mount the 2003/04 heat exchanger.

I searched on here, and Google, and couldn't seem to find anything.

Actually, after watching a couple videos, it looks like the bumper supports between the 2001 and 03/04 Cobras might be the same, the brackets just clamp to the support, maybe? I originally thought that there might be slots or holes in the 03/04 support, but maybe not.

Most guys I know that do the eaton swap fab up their own brackets. The stock brackets have hooks that hang the heat exchanger and make it easier to bolt in. But they're not necessary.
