Headers-The ordeal is over! and some insight

I put my headers on when the engine was out of the car, and it still took hours lol.. I couldn't even imagine doing it with the engine still in the car. I also used new factory studs and had to cut one in half. If someone chose to use the stainless bolts the headers come with I see the job being a little less time consuming, but then you have SS bolts in your aluminum block

I used the factory studs and lock nuts. I had to cut two of them (one one each side) so I could get the nut on. I checked a couple of them and they are still tight after running it for 45 minutes. I would think anything but locking hardware would come loose and it would be an absolute bitch to try and tighten those bolts all over again.
