Does anybody else have a problem with the bottom of the lowest part of the exhaust header rubbing on the ground on bumps?

Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my suspension?

I think the suspension is stock. But I bought the car used from a dealer and don't know.

Is there a measurement to see if I have stock clearance to the ground.

The car bottoms out now and then. Rarely, but it happens. It doesn't quite feel like a suspension bottom. I think that's when the header is scraping.

It bottoms on this one spot on this one highway every time at about 70mph.

its fairly normal, most svt headers have dents on the front pipe in the headers from bumps, also its safe to say your suspension is fairly worn as well which doesnt help
